These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Buylinkads, including its website, and associated services. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which define the rights, responsibilities, and limitations that apply to both users and the service provider. The purpose of these Terms is to ensure lawful and fair use of our platform for all participants.
By accessing or using Buylinkads, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the web application (or app). You must meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction (usually 13 or older) or have permission from a parent or guardian to use the app. Your continued use of the app indicates your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms.
To use certain features of Buylinkads, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the web app in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to engage in prohibited activities such as spamming, transmitting offensive or unlawful content, harassing other users, or violating any applicable laws. Your use of the web app must respect the rights and safety of other users and the integrity of the platform.

Venue and jurisdiction for legal proceedings will be exclusively in the courts of India.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Buylinkads regarding your use of the Services. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive that right. These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture between the parties.
Sellers (i.e., site owners such as creativecontent.com, automobilesindia.com, indiatoday.in) are permitted to post and promote content on this platform, provided it aligns with their niche and adheres to content quality standards. Sellers may promote content through link insertion in existing posts or by publishing guest posts. Pricing for both link insertions and guest posts is solely determined by the seller.
Buyers use BuyLinkAds (BLA) to promote their content by selecting websites based on traffic, language, or any other categorical preferences. After choosing between Link Insertion or Guest Post and agreeing to the Seller's terms, the Buyer makes payment to BLA. BLA holds the funds until the Seller completes the order and shares the live post link, after which the payment is released to the Seller.

Data Retention:
Chat history will be permanently deleted once the order status is marked as "COMPLETE". Users are advised to retain any important communication externally before completion.
The platform maintains a centralized list of all order types: Link Insertion, Guest Post, Content Request, and SEO Expert support.
Each order includes an automatic weekly site activity check and inactive sites may be flagged for Admin review.
